Went with the owners of Amitie Chalets, no idea what to expect but what i found exceeded anything i could have expected. The atmosphere was excellent, the mealwas buffet and everything was done to perfection plus. The prawns, fish, beef, potatoes, blueberry cheesecake..beat all meals i have had on any vacation.The place was extreemely clean, decorated beautifully, the entertainer never seemed to take a break and sang perfectly all night. The wait staff was excellent. Never waited for anything, just kept service to perfection all night.Thank you for a wonderful new years

We stopped by here for one night as part of our round the Mahé road trip. Itâs beautifully located on a hillside overlooking the ocean and is very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and well kept and the dining on the terrace looking out to sea relaxes you after a days travelling.

We stumbled upon the Rose Restaurant at the Oasis hotel by luck as the nearby Le Relax (which is popular as the only Praslin Indian restaurant on various forums) was closed that day. Though the place serves Indian food, but it is truly a multi-cuisine restaurant offering Creole food, pizza etc. as well.The hotel is located at the entrance of Oasis hotel and has a nice parking area, clean washrooms and ample seating space with pool-side view. The staff is South Asian with a nice attitude and really helped us choose the best options.The prices were really amazing and the portion size totally justified the price. The service was quite good. And the food was really delicious and quite home-like. We had a wonderful time at the Rose Restaurant.
