The biryani we had was not up to satisfaction, average as well as the curry.The restaurant and their foods donât Iook inviting to me this visit.personally think they use to do much better. Since thereâs a few more Indian restaurants keep coming up in and around Hout Bay, this restaurant themself need to do better to stand out amongst the others or at least keep us coming back.

Quirky little restaurant with absolutely superb curry. Every dish we ordered for the table (and there is a lot to choose from) was fragrant, warming and down right delicious. The rice was cooked to perfection and naan bread freshly made. Honestly, I cannot wait to go back to try out the rest of the menu!

We visited a few weeks ago and will not return. Really bad service from the beginning to end. The waitress was obviously totally untrained and new. Had no idea what wine was sold and anything about beer available. Our food arrived with no plates, cutlery etc. When we asked another waiter to bring us some, she came back to the table and asked us "Did you complain about me to the other guy?" I told her that we had to ask for utensils so we could eat. She walked away and then came back 10 minutes later to apologise. Really unacceptable. The food was not even average so we were not impressed and it is so sad as we used to love this restaurant but it is not worth the drive from 5 minutes away.We appreciate your valued response and can but only humbly apologise for the poor service you experienced from the trainee waiters. We advise that we are endeavouring to train our staff regularly and hope not to disappoint you. A complimentary starter or dessert is our way of saying sorry and hope to change your perspective on our restuarant.
