Found us a table at 8pm on a Saturday night without a booking. The couple were very pleasant and friendly. Seems your typical Indian restaurant, I really enjoyed it. Nice selection of drinks and we chose a lovely bottle of Prosecco which was reasonable and very nice. The food was fantastic, really enjoyed it all from the popadoms to the masala and korma curry's. Had we stayed longer I would have returned the next night, but we will be returning on our next visit and taking friends/family with us. Very reasonable bill too, I really can't fault this place one bit!!

Ate here this week, prebooked as table of 7 (2 couples & 3 kids) always had a great meals previously but tonight was the worst service ever, arrived to find the only large table was already taken with a family half way through their meal so was seated in the window area on 2 separate tables, kids on 1 table adults on the other, ordered drinks and popadums but took forever to get pickles as the waiter seemed to want us to âshareâ between the 2 tables, had to call them back to the table as put half the pickle tray on 1 table and rest on the other, had basically eaten them by the time kids received any mango chutney and we just made do with what had been placed on our table, by this time we were the only diners left in the restaurant 8.40 pm) a group of 6 did come in and waited but no one came to show them to a table so they left, several members of the restaurant family then arrived and they appeared to be having a birthday celebration for a small child but one of the other kids (toddler) was obviously tired and cried for a good 30 mins, we couldnât talk at the table due to the noise, I understand this is what kids do but shouldnât be trying to run a restaurant and look after their own babies at the same timeFood arrived, special rice was egg fried rice, nan breads uncooked and just dough, balti rezalla was tasteless and resembled bolognaise sauce, king prawn rogan josh was inedible as just tasted of salt, could not attract anyoneâs attention for service & drinks as they were too busy having a family gathering, drinks were expensive, pint of cobra 4.95 but was charged £21 for 3 cobras and a large apple juice - making the apple juice £6! Hadnât realised the 2 other kids had only had tap water when I paid the bill
