Reviews on Healthy food in Stow-on-the-Wold, England, United Kingdom. Stow-on-the-Wold is a small market town and civil parish in Gloucestershire, England. It is situated on top of an 800 ft (244 m) hill, at the convergence of a number of major roads through the Cotswolds, including the Fosse Way (A429). The town was founded as a planned market place by Norman lords to take advantage of trade on the converging roads. Fairs have been held by royal charter since 1330 and an annual horse fair is still held on the edge of the town.

Visited 2 occasions - Staff - Extremely friendly and welcoming, asking various questions to ensure your baguette is up to top standard. Quality of baguette - By far the best baguette I've ever been made, soft with excellent portion sized filings. Cannot put any fault on this place, they delivered twice with excellent tasty baguettes. I hope one day to re-visit!Thanks

We stopped at Stow on the Wold in the middle of a long and tiring drive and found the Hive. It could not have been more perfect. A warm welcome as we came through the door, a comfy corner to relax, freshly brewed leaf tea, scrumptious scones and home made preserves. Fantastic.
