We have been going to Vines Pasta Grill for about 15 years now for family special events. This week we celebrated two family birthdays with 18 folks. The hosting was on par with what one can expect from much more expensive restaurants. Ian was friendly, patient and had a great sense of humour. Never intrusive but always attentive to our needs - customer service is obviously a high priority at Vines. Every plate was a delicious tasting and filling experience. More than one in our party went home with some left overs. We chose a nice Italian Red to accompany the pasta and a complimentary bottle of Champagne for the birthday table was an amazing surprize. As usual many were raving about Vine's renowned Caesar Salad, a must have for new patrons. I would recommend Vines Pasta Grill to Halifax visitors and local folks who want a romantic dinner for two or that want to hold a large family event that won't break the bank. This is quality cuisine that keeps us coming back year after year! As stated in another review, this truly is a gem in Dartmouth/Cole Harbour. Bon Appétit!

Stopped in for dinner as this was near where we were staying. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He explained menu choices and specials. The menu is traditional pub type food, gourmet burgers, appetizers etc. We had burgers and side salads. There was homemade salad dressing which was wonderful.

Small neighbourhood vegan restaurant in the heart of Halifax. Creative vegan comfort food. Daily specials. All day vegan breakfast. Desserts. Chill vibes. Using natural ingredients with a focus on local products.
This place is a total find, tucked away on Windsor just south of Cunard. I had their pizza and it was ti die for. The four of us in our party all had exquisite meals. I can't wait to go back!
