Just had dinner in the restaurant. Lovely meal with delicate flavours and not overpowering. I had red snapper ceviche and my partner had grilled haloumi both of which were very good. Followed by chicken with crispy potatoes and mushroom jus. Celebrated my husband's birthday at the restaurant. Excellent food by chef Armando and service by Derrek and his crew. Made us feel welcome and kept checking up on us. Went to Sentosa with the intention of visiting Universal however the rainstorm soon changed our plans upon arrival. We decided to visit the bikini bar located along the beach for one drink while we waited for the rain to settle but this soon ended up with us staying in the bar until the evening time. The staff were so friendly and made our time there so much fun, we didnât want to leave. Lovely setting on the beach to watch sunset. Nice change from the busy life of Singapore.
