Reading some of the reviews here we were hoping for a special dining experience unfortunately everything was pretty much average. Firstly, make sure you take cash cards are not accepted. Both our dishes were ok but nothing special and a bit bland. The staff were very friendly and attentive and restaurant the decor is smart and tidy but the food is the thing that won't leave me rushing to come back.

What a great night me and my friends had at the newly opened 1727 restaurant & grill, lovely atmosphere, service faultless and food delicious, the best squid Iâve had and the cappuccino Creme Brûlée was to die for! Thank you, Iâll be back.

called in for a sausage and egg opened the bag and what a shock it looked liked it had been thrown in tasted arfull new owner taken over he will not last long serving food like this never again
