Originally the port belonging to Elgin, it became an important fishing town. Serving the finest Scottish seafood, Highland beef and game that the Moray larder has to offer. Cooked with passion and served with pride!
Fabulous food, haggis Bon Bon and peppers starter. Followed by lobster special and fillet steak and lemon meringue pie and cheesecake- all just amazing & no corkage for BYOB, just perfect. We will be back... possibly tomorrow!!

This restaurant is now renamed Panache and we visited on a wet lunchtime a couple of months ago. Our visit was the first for us since the namechange and it was surprisingly quiet considering how well it had recently done in the National Curry Awards, for which it had achieved some good press publicity. We enjoyed our lunch but Elgin is blessed with a couple of other very good Indian restaurants so the competition is tough. We will return.
