I had not been to Pepi's in many years - and certainly not at this new slightly less central location.... but location does not matter when Pepi's still makes their delicious ribs.The place was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night - but that did not matter to us.The ribs were really good, the beer was cold and the service was attentive, efficient and not too intrusive.I thought the price for the whole dinner also represented very good value for what we ate and drank.I look forward to my next trip to the area (which sadly might not be for another year or two...) - I definitely will be lobbying with my friends for a return to Pepi's for more ribs!

Visited on a midweek night . Made a reservation that lunchtime and were no 31 on list so you do need to reserve ahead of time.Service was efficient and friendly. Steaks were tasty and good quality but at â¬14 to â¬17.50 for standard steak (not dry aged and only up to 200g) it seems a shame that they then charge extra for any sides such as fries or an extortionate â¬4.50 for 4 pieces of broccoli.â¬110 for family of 4 to have basic steak and chips plus 1 coke each for kids and minimal wine / beer for parents. No starters or dessert in that order. Itâs good food but pricing is definitely making the most of the captive audience at the marina

We went to Mojo Japanese Kitchen for a celebration with friends and family. The waitress explained how the ordering system worked. Orders are placed on an iPad at the table and the plates are then brought to the table. She explained that any uneaten food is charged for, we thought this was fair enough and presumably is to avoid food being ordered and not even tried. The food was fresh but for me the novelty of ordering via the iPad wore off quite quickly. We made sure we didnât over order to make sure we didnât waste anything. A few very small items were left, not whole dishes, a prawn, some rice and an asparagus spear. When the bill came we were charged extra for leaving these items, that is absolutely ridiculous. What if someone doesnât like a dish at all? How can you penalize someone for not liking something theyâve ordered? I would not recommend this restaurant.
