Last time I reviewed this restaurant, 5-years ago, it was my first time there. Now we've been there countless times and Nick's never disappoints. From great service (waitstaff assists all tables at all times) to a good bar and incredible food - it's all fabulous. On this week's visit I ordered the Special Appetizer of the Day - sesame coated feta cheese with a honey drizzle. I cannot wait to eat this deliciousness again! Yay Nick's - you've done it again and again!

Wow. Good food near JFK. After a long week, ended up at Greek Taverna prior to flying out in AM. Enjoyed the house salad with Pita and Kota Gemista (stuffed Chicken breast with Spinach and Feta. Delicately and simply seasoned, made fresh, great flavors. Accompanied with a couple glasses of Pinot Noir. Perfecto. This is a neighborhood spot with plenty of repeat customers. Far superior option to hotel food.

Saturday. Arrived at tail end of brunch. All good until shift change and our waitress disappeared (around 4p on a Saturday). At this point we became invisible. Food was good. Bus service was good. Waitress service gets failing grade. Its really hard for me to not want to leave a tip. This day warranted it. (We still left 15% and that was way generous). Owner was there and he too was oblivious to the problem. (I hope he reads this post.) We were really dumbfounded. Brunch over at 330. Recommend not arriving between 3-330. After or before should avoid the problem we had.
