Four of us went there for lunch and everyone enjoyed it. I had the pork belly which was delicious (that bbq is insanely tasty!) and my husband had the risotto, both were great and way above the standard of food we expected for the price. My husband had a hair in his risotto which he noticed before he had taken a bite. When he told the waiter it was handled extremely professionally and the kitchen made him another one. They have a great wine list and the place is on a beautiful spot on the river. The only bad thing I can say it that there are no fans on the deck and we would have loved to stay there a bit longer but it was just too hot. If there had been some fans or a misting system of some sort we would have definitely ordered another bottle of wine and maybe some desserts and stayed there the rest of the afternoon.

From the start we felt really good there service was excellent and super friendly and the burgers where perfect!! Cooked to perfection jus has we ordered and done super fast!! A must have if you cross kampot! Only thing, maybe the fries portion that comes with the burger could be just a bit bigger!! But definitely one of my kampot Favorites!!

Enjoyed every single minute spent at Le Comptoir. The service was friendly but very professional. Great selection of wines and good advices from the owner regarding food and wine pairing. The cold cut platter and french food served reminded me of south of France evenings where one can spend its time talking about life and enjoying high quality food and drinks.Thank you Nico!!!
