We popped in for lunch. The pub is small, however what we had was generous sized and I recommend the home made chips! Pub is clean and bar staff friendly

First time here for many years - full marks for a lovely renovation of an old building, lovely ambience, friendly staff and good quality food - especially the gorgeous fresh cod. Will be back!

Even by Wetherspoons standards, this pub is exceptionally good. Great choice of beers, fantastic location and lovely outdoor seating area with lovely views of some wonderful old buildings. The main positive point though is the professionalisms and friendliness of the staff. Better than any Wetherspoons pub I have visited before. And the toilets are magnificent!
