Une nouvelle proposition du chef ...du poisson! Câétait une interrogation que nous avions à chaque passage ...hé bien le chef à exaucer notre souhait.Un filet de rascasse très goûteux. C'était une fois de plus un repas excellent et comme dessert des profiteroles avec un chocolat africain bien prononcé comme nous avons jamais goûter.( Très loin de ceux servi habituellement dans les restaurants) Merci

When we last ate here we felt it was the best meal we've in two years in France Nord. Today's lunch confirmed that view. When seven guests each ordering different choices all agree on the quality of their fare it points to excellent attention across the entire menu. My starter of herring terrine with blinis was full flavoured with garnishes of Apple, radish & capers. The mushroom soup was given extra kick with traces of chorizo and is up there with the best I've ever tasted. The mains of turbot, sole in a crab sauce, fillet steak "saignant" and chicken "en croute de Mont du Cats" were excellent. The very slight downer was the bavette was cooked beyond "a pointe" and too chewy as a result. Deserts - which I avoid - were fully consumed. La table du Minotier will feature on every future visit to our grandchildren.

A good setting, and a good dining room. Friendly staff and an interesting menu, although I happily gave the ris de veau a miss for the very good cod dish.
