Reviews on Fusion food in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. Strolling, shopping, and sipping tequila along the Malecon boardwalk of Puerto Vallarta is the best way to kick off your vacation. Then hit the cobblestone streets of Old Vallarta to browse the flea market for handmade crafts. The calm, warm waters of the Bay of Banderas make for excellent diving, or you can just watch artists sculpt spectacular creations in the sand. The cluster of fine art galleries in El Centro are perfect spots to hit on a self-guided art tour.

Located just 25 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta's downtown, Le Kliff offers exquisite international fine dining cuisine. Nestled on the southern edge of Banderas bay, the second largest bay in the world, Le Kliff features the best panoramic views of the
Beginning from the first person till the Last we met there, all were professional and superfriendly. To start from somewhere, Martinis perfect, wines perfect, starters perfect, main dishes perfect, desserts perfect, service unbelievebly perfect. Thank You Jorge, Pipi, Roberto, Chente, everybody in the kitchen and bar. It was nice to see real teamwork what they executed. We had table reservstion, practically must. Casual dress code, no shorts just to respect the restaurant. Mexican malbeck was perfect through the menu, mussels, tuna, fish, beef. All in the menu was tasty, from very high class materials. Service as mentioned before was all that a person can ask. There is absolutely nothing negative I could say about LeKliff. Very positive experience. Highly recommended. Tintoque seeks to be a cultural link that expresses the culinary journey of the passage of time in the bay, finding flavors and elements that mark each stage in the history of Puerto Vallarta. Here we present a different proposal of creative cuisine based
Tintoque is simply a haven of fine dining- the food was extraordinary, with a depth of flavor and texture that ranks with the best. The presentation matches the quality and care that is taken to create each dish.we had dined there previously, and been impressed- and with good reason as the chef and team have honed their skills to create a rather sublime experience- We both had different dishes- so sampling 2 entree's and 2 mains- all of which we superb. The menu changes in line with what is in season and available. The wine list was good, a selection of interesting wines, all intended to compliment the food. an experience we will not forgetWow !!What a joy you cause us with your kind review, for us it is important to know that the changes in the menu are well accepted. Unfortunately for many of our clients, the creative impulse, evolution of the chef's techniques and knowledge lead us to little-explored places and ingredients that Joel seeks to transmit to our diners. We believe that getting out of the ordinary and offering each palate new experiences will lead us to a more authentic and memorable culinary proposal.Thank you very much for your comment and take the time to write these letters that fill our soul so much.Best regards

New from the ground up with great detail to honor the classic charm of Mexico. Classic wood "U" and window bars for enjoying a drink with friends or meeting new ones. Dining (and drinking) both downstairs and on the unique 2nd level view terrace. A perfec
Opened late last year, this pretty little place is great. The rooftop terrace has lovely breezes and interesting views, the unique margaritas are refreshing, unusual and yummy (creations of the talented bartender). The owners are very involved, helping with menu suggestions and actually serving the food, always with a followup to ensure satisfaction. Great staff who take pride in their work and their place of work. Centrally located. A find.Thank you for your visit to No Sé Nada Cristy. We appreciate you sharing your very kind words with others and the entire team looks forward to serving you and your guests upon your return. Tracey y Tim
