The finest freshest ingreidients, top class chefs, no other restaurant is closer to the cristal water, enjoy our heartful food, palmanova's largest wine selection, stunning views and funky atmosphere !!
We came on dinner. It was our honeymoon. After we saw that restaurant has excellent reviews (No1) we came to try their food. Ordered seafood (got some soup in asian style although they present theirselve as italian and mediterranean restaurant) with disgusting taste. Second dish were stummed squids (filled with some strange meat), also very bad and definitely not in italian style...WE DIDN'T EAT IT AND DIDN'T LIKE IT BUT THEY CHARGED US THE FULL PRICE. Maybe the worst experience we ever had in some restaurant. We owe 2 restaurants (italian and mediterranean food) so we know about what we talk. thank you so much...We laughed for several minutes after reading your feedback...And laughing is beautiful, contagious, today we work all night with a smile on our faces...Enjoy your honeymoon â¤

Literally the worst âindianâ we have ever had, place is dingy and unclean, the crockery and cutlery was disgusting and the host was an ignorant man who was very abrupt and uninterested. The food was also terrible, my sons couldnât even eat theirs and my wifeâs ârogan joshâ was almost fluorescent red and tasted like really cheap sweet mango flavouring - literally i have had much better supermarket microwave curries. I tasted both my sons meals and both again horribly sweet and the furthest thing from an actual Chilli garlic curry possible. The Naan bread again looked to be a frozen item heated up and chopped into quarters, similar story for the rice.To add insult to injury my wife ordered a small beer which came in a dirty glass with marks around the rim and something floating it it!!!The host could tell by the amount of food left that there was clearly a problem, however rather than ask a question he clearly knew the answer to he hurriedly cleared the table and thrust the bill upon us - never even to be offered desert or coffee!!We made the mistake of just looking at the rating number and picking the closest to us, on hindsight and reading the reviews it would appear that they are leaving or having reviews left for them to make the place appear to be good - which it is not.We have been here two weeks now and never seen another person in the place and we were the only people in it on the chosen night, we walk past it at least twice a day so more than coincidental i would think.Hopefully this review will save more suspecting people spending a fortune for terrible service, food and host!!

Es Fum is a culinary pearl in one of Majorca's most acclaimed locations, the St Regis Mardavalla Mallorca Resort, awarded with 1 prestigious Michelin Star, since November 2011. Savor the art of delicate combinations, presented to you from Executive Chef M
We were delighted to see there was a Michelin star restaurant next to our hotel and were able to get a reservation. The entire staff was gracious, friendly, warm, and attentive without being intrusive. As someone who appreciates fine linens, glassware, table settings, etc. everything was beautifully selected as well as functional. We chose the smaller of the two tasting menus and there was ample food in addition to some the best bread and flavored butters anywhere. The preparations were excellent though I confess I was disappointed in the way the final lamb course (cooked sous vide) was finished. The wine selected by the sommelier was excellent (though some advanced warning like a wine list with prices would have been nice). The view from the terrace is lovely though given how hot it was that day (and the location bakes in the sun all day), we wished they had offered us a table inside the air conditioned portion of the restaurant.
