Food was amazingly presented and the taste lived up to the appearance. The service was adequate; some weirdness about the table candles, but otherwise attentive and great wine recommendations. Disappointed that we were too full for dessert!

Sea Salt is at Days Bay across the road from the harbour foreshore at Eastbourne,The views from every table in the Restaurant is just beautiful. It is well set out with both outside and indoor tables where Floor to ceiling glass walls enable everyone to see.the view.The staff are very attentive table service and full silver service, This is definately FINE DINING and the prices say this. We ate our mains before I took any photos, but did get our two desserts.Gluten Free, and Vegan options avialable. Wheel Chair acess and Credit Cards accepted.
