I only have the "aperitivo" but the local wine matched perfectly well the best croquettes I have tried. Worth the trip to this beautiful town in the south of Madrid. True Spanish gastronomy

Wonderful lunch of arroz negro (with calamars) and arroz con langoustines. The restaurant is on the scenic Plaza Mayor. Service is excellent and the only meals we've had were wonderful. The lady who serves offered to take a picture of our group of friends. She is absolutely adorable and helpful.

Congrats for this restaurant we knew during a professionnal meeting !We were unfortunately a little press by the time because we had o take a flight in Madrid ! Nevertheless we took this short time to test the cooking of different meat , starter , main course and dessert , everything was perfect and very tasty ! The fresh meat and presentation top level , the wine was sincerely marvellous and believe me for a french people it is a mark of quality ! Thanks to my profesionnal contact to give me the possibility to know this restaurant , I sincerely hope to come back there with more time !! Dear Erick:It was a big pleasure to know you and attend to you in our restaurant. We'll look forward for your next visit with a little bit more of time.During these first seven months from our opening, we have given the best of ourselves to make that everyone feels the same sensations that you have described.
