Nice and not too pretentious place in this upscale neighborhood. The food was very good: excellent mains, well balanced, strong tastes; a bit less convincing starters (both ceviche and gazpacho were ok but not very tasty) and rather good desserts. Altogether a very nice meal although not as stratospheric as some would pretend! Very nice wine selection. Relaxed but efficient and pleasant service. A bit on the expensive side. Definitely a good address but very fine from central BA, so ok if you're in the neighborhood but probably not justifying the long trip if you're not.

There are few gourmet restaurants in the Martinez - San Isisdro region, and this one is well worth a visit.Service is very professional, the chef and owner herself takes oersonal care of every detail, and prepares a short menu with balanced choices, in which duck is almost always present,Meat and fish courses are cooked to perfection, and lamb, when available, is definitely something to try.Few tables, good taste decor and an intimate ambiance makes this restaurant a must try if in the area.

Le Coq Dore

Went for dinner with my wife and was very disappointed. The air conditioning was down to minimum on an extremely warm day, making it unbearable. The food was not good: my steak was overcooked (and they had asked how I wanted it) and the pork was tasteless. Service slow and scarce. The only good thing is that you can take your own wine.I have gone in the past but, after this last experience, I will definitely never go back.
