Had a marvelous dinner on a recent Saturday night amidst the flurry of folks at the Village Center for the PV Art Fest. Despite a busy night and lots of distractions, the meal was delightful and the service was flawless. Service is attentive, not fussy and the server genuinely seemed to be having a good time serving her customers. We had the salmon and sea bass, and the dishes could not have been better. They really know how to prepare sauces that are subtle and flavorful without overwhelming the dish. Our only regret is that we don't dine here more frequently. It is not a cheap date, but delivers a lot of value when you want to have a terrific meal. Dining on the patio is also a treat on a pleasant KC evening.

Four fussy old gezers can't be wrong. Tatsu's service was perfect. We had the scallop appetizers and had a hard time restraining ourselves from licking the plates. The special was the salmon mousse in a pastry wrap--too cute!!!!! We couldn't resist the tiramisu and it with freshly made coffee was perfect too. Well decorated and perfectly crafted food. This was a lovely, low key evening.

Well it appears that I've reviewed this place once before. I've used the French Market twice for carry out food to prepare at home. The most recent was for Valentines Day this year. They had a short rib special so I thought I'd try that along with a Caesar salad. This was so easy to prepare and the meal was absolutely delicious. It took 20 minutes to warm up in the 375 oven and the short rib was fork tender. The sides were also very nice. This is my go to place when I need to present a nice dinner.
