Looking for a snack, we entered the bakery but following directions were greeted by a hostess who showed us to a table. We were presented with a menu each and, though looking more substantial than we needed, decided to stay. In response to our request we were provided with a lemonade drink which we both thought was the best we had ever tasted - with free refills! We eventually decided what we would order and it was not a long wait before our meals arrived. Different servers attended to our needs without pressure and the food was excellent.

Visited here for the first time yesterday when my friend brought me to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious and I loved the banquet room where we were seated. It was very crowded but everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time and after the first bite I could see why. My sandwich and salad was only $12 and it was so good I wanted to eat every bite even though the serving was very generous. Service was friendly and efficient especially considering how busy they were (this was around 2:30). Iâll bring friends and family here often in the future I think. Happy hour would be a lot of fun tooâmaybe next time!

Meet with friends, central location & should have reconsidered! Haven't been 2 la Mad in many months & never 2 this particular location. Menu has changed & they no longer have the rotisserie rosemary chicken, I would usually order. Cesar salad was good. Chicken was a bit dry. What was MOST concerning was how run down the place was. There were splatter stains (coffee/tea???) on the wall next 2 our table, bathroom was in need of attention; are green plumbing pipes part of the rustic French decor? Cheesy fake flowers on sink. The place needed updating or at least a good scrubbing & perhaps fresh paint! I wish we would have gone elsewhere. I was concerned about cleanliness of the kitchen. Maybe I should have asked about their health dept inspection rating!
