The population hence declined by 46% between 2000 and 2010. Chalmette is part of the New Orleans–Metairie–Kenner Metropolitan Statistical Area. Chalmette is located east of downtown New Orleans and south of Arabi, towards Lake Borgne.

This was one of the most memorable dinners anywhere. The staff is professional and well versed in food and wine. Plates that are a feast for the eyes as well and the soul. The Sommelier was a wealth of information and made excellent suggestions. The lagniappe was a surprise and part of August's desire to embrace the customer. Thank you for a special meal on a hot September night.

Really enjoyed the authentic, unique setting with talented entertainers. Trumpet player and trio were terrific and venue was intimate. They kind of circulate around the the separate dining areas every 20 mins(ish) so enjoy while they are seranading your room! The food was top notch although pricey so go hungry to enjoy to the fullest!

The wine list and unique cocktails are fine dining quality. Not sure why they call it a café because they serve full-blown meals. I had the very best gulf shrimp and grits Iâve ever tasted. The chef is over the top.
