The food was good, service was fine. I am not a clean fiend but the place was not as clean inside as I would expect. I eat here occasionally. I would come back but wish it was a little cleaner.

I was not very impressed with this establishment at all. When we entered there was a line out the door, which wouldn't have been a big deal if it hadn't been just one poor young girl trying to work the counter and put together carry outs. The place was packed and this was the only person who seemed to be able to work the extremely outdated cash register. She was having to hand write orders on paper and hand them to the woman who was putting together foods. She was clearly flustered, the poor thing, for obvious reasons. She apologized to us when we placed our order and we made sure she knew it wasn't her fault and we felt she was doing a great job with what she had. Between customers she was running between the buffet to fill up bowls for carry-out and trying to restock. The dining area was poorly lit and the buffet didn't look very appetizing. We ordered chicken tenders and two separate bone-in chickens. When we got it back to our hotel room we were very saddened to find out that the chicken tenders were barely the size of our thumbs and the gravy was nothing more then white-colored water with pepper in it. No crunch to the chicken, no flavor to the gravy, nothing. It was not worth the money spent on it at all.We will not be returning to this particular Hartz or recommending it but I hope to have a better experience at the next one we come across.

We ate here because we do not have Jack in the Box where we live in Ohio. What a disapointment. I had the tacos which were hardly any filling in them. They were flat as a pancake and tasted like they had been in storage. I will never again eat at this fast food place in Winnie. I have been to other Jack in the Box stores where the food was great. The one in Winnie needs a new manager. The service was slow, the store was empty save for us and not very clean. PHOOEY!
