I feel like ABC should work on their food, service and hygiene. The croissant I ate for brunch was hard as stone and somehow wet. The tables were dirty and a lot of things were hard to find and difficulty situated. This is an average place but could really do better.

What is the problem... Every time when we visit at this place, we must wait our meals 20-30 minutes! And they say that they are fast food place... 20-30 minutes is NOT fast food at all. Maybe they should visit sometimes McDonald's or Burger King etc. restaurants and they would see what is really fast food. It's sad that Savonlinna doesn't have Burger King or McDonald's. And finally when we last time yesterday got burgers, other burger has few hair in it. This happened also now twice in this restaurant.
