This bar is situated opposite the Monte Mar Palace Hotel at Ponta Delgada and is frequented by the locals; staff at the hotel en route to or from work and guests at the hotel who fancy a change................It sells reasonably priced food with a menu de dia however their coffee and drinks are good and reasonably priced and their speciality is their local "Poncha"It has recently changed hands and the owner has made some improvements and the place is extremely clean; neat and tidy with basic furniture, however it is pleasant to site outside and enjoy he view and "people watch"The staff are very welcoming; friendly with good knowledge of English
