Service was very friendly and helpful.We love our Indian food and understand that regions within India have different ways in preparing similar dishes, depending what their area provides in produce. But this meal we were very disappointed with. My daughter's butter chicken was very, very sweet. So sweet in fact, that she scraped the sauce off the chicken before she ate it. My Chicken Korma was overly sweet as well and I did the same thing. My son had Lamb Madras, which was mildly spiced but after the first initial taste of warmth there was nothing to linger on the palate. The extra rice we ordered was good but the garlic naans could've done with more garlic.

Wanting to try the food at Hungry Jacks after sampling offerings from McDonalds and Heatherbrae Pies. However, from the moment I stepped inside it went down the slope from there. Failed on the most common of customer service needs: 1. The senior server had her back to the counter and was talking the machine saying "No Eftpos". I heard this at least 5 times in 10 minutes without a single change in customer presentations. 2. There were at least 4 staff on when i visited at 1700. All chatting away and it seemed to themselves until my attention was noted and order placed at 1704. 3. The order for my partner was wrong, so he took it back. The burger replaced by an inedible specimen bearing little resemblance to our expectations, 4. no use taking it back as the staff were more interested in chatting to themselves again. 5. the place if filthy, dirty floors, tables, chairs askew, sticky spills on the floor, finger marks on the entry doors and the final insult to our senses was a stinking garbage bin at the entrance to the establishment. Do yourselves a favour, if you need a fast food fix KFC is next door, McDonalds is a 2 minute drive and Heatherbrae Pies are next door. Give this place a wide berth.

Good Food and Great Service if any issues they fix it up no probs better than McDonalds still waiting since the 19/7/16 for vouchers that is owed for horible food and cold as well as thrown together.
