Things to do in Los Gatos
I am a new convert to RTP. Each time I return I think it will not be as good as I remember. Each time I am wrong. We had a Maui Wowi or something like that. Put some pepper flakes on that and it is one of the best Pizzas ever.
You might think that it could be a nice place to stop by and have a coffee and waffle but that is not the case. The floor and carpet was dirty, the paint on the counter and walls are falling of and I couldn't wait to leave the place. We tried to sit outside but the chairs leaned back so much that it was impossible and even the owner told us "well, we ordered them and then we found out that they did not really work" - how stupid is that?My recommendation to the owner is to throw the outdoor chairs in the garbage and to start cleaning the place. It seems like they have forgotten on how to do some old fashioned cleaning. After that I would strongly recommend a renovation with some new paint. Paying 17USD for 2 waffles and a coffee is outrages especially in this environment...I could have paid 34USD if it was a nice place but apparently they do not want these customers.
The biggest attribute of Subway is that their sandwiches are inexpensive and filling. The negative is that the sandwiches have a great deal of bread to fill you up.The next big attribute is that they are fast. Most of the time you can walk in and 5 minutes later have your big sandwich and drink with you. There is little room to sit and eat, almost everyone leaves with their food. The sandwich makings come in many varieties of bread, many varieties of meat, many varieties of garnishes and sauces. There must be 10,000 different combinations of food, all available instantly. The sevice is also friendly and good.
