If you are looking for the run of the mill American burger , this is not your place. Not really sure what a Columbian burger entailed but decided to give it a shot. This is a ultra casual place, order at the counter and your food is brought out to you. Not quite a fast-food place , but close We had the burger, an unusual tasting sandwich... served with sauce of garlic, showy, pink, pineapple, mustard, ketchup, cheese, tomato and bacon. This is how the menu reads, but obviously you can leave off what you want. Cheese was a white gooey unusual cheese. .... Hot dogs are served the same, but you can also order them with quail eggs on top. Steaks and chicken are also served on a wooden plank. Sides are Quail eggs, creole potatoes, Pork rinds, green plantains , Fried cassave..... Also arepas are on the menu. Prices are extremely reasonable, if you are into this type of fare. All and all , maybe just personal preferences, we were not that impressed. Way too much garlic for our tastes Too much sauces going on with what we thought was mediocre beef, with a fast food environment. Grilled steak on plank special is 7.25 . Burgers were 6 to 7 $.

I had no idea there was a Skyline Chili here in South Florida. Being unusually cool for Florida today this was a welcome find. A very nice man and woman greeted me as I walked in, and my sense is that they are the owners. They continued to be polite and attentive to me and other customers as were the other servers in the place. The chili was great.

This Subway was "OK", meaning that they met the minimum of being courteous, having fresh ingredients and the place being clean. Most of our Subway experiences since moving to South Florida have been below average to horrendous, so one that meets the minimums, is a good experience for us.
