Really don't understand why people really like Freshness Burger. This is just a tiny step up from Moss Burger and McD's. But the price jumps up considerably! Waaaay over priced for the burger you get...They had a special burger available last time I went. Some special upgraded meat patty. It was def a better quality meat than their normal burgers, but the price...at over 1000 yen...really not worth it IMO...

I used to frequent fast food joints way too more than I should have in the past, but recently have been cutting back. Cutting waaaay back. I decided to stop into my local Mos Burger to take back some fries to munch on when I saw their latest campaign. It was for a spicy chicken burger and I was all over that. The spicier, the better. I had to tryâ¦andâ¦they were sold out! That promotion was over ;-(My quick reflexes made me notice that they had another special- this one was for Yakiniku sandwiched between 2 pressed rice patties to resemble a bun. OK done dealâ¦had to get me one of those. So ordered a large fries and the special yakiniku burger to go. Got home and burger was still to hot to handle! Fries were the perfect temp. Chowed the fries down first and then the burger was the right temp to eat. Surprisingly the taste of the burger was pretty darn good! The sauce was yummy, and the pressed rice âbunâ you could say was tasty as well. Slight char on the rice, brought out a smoky flavor, coupled with the nice smoky flavor of the yakiniku. Makes me wanna try to make something like that at home! Especially since the size of this burger so sooooo small. I couldâve eaten 5 of them real easy!While Mos burger is IMO a step up from BK or McDâs, recently I just haven't spent enough time there. Their burgers are pretty good for âfast foodâ and this new yakiniku burger just hit the spot. Reminds me I think I need to start to revisit the fast food joints once again because it ain't all that bad if done in moderation ;-)
