Unfortunately we visited this winery when restaurant was closed, however I can assure you the menu looked amazing with lots of local produce. The winery and surrounds were stunning. The wine itself was well priced and complex. Special thanks to the staff who gave “generous” tastings so we could wander the grounds with a beautiful red wine.

Nor'Wester Cafe

Driving down from Blenheim to Ashburton the Nor’Wester caught our eye as a decent place to stop and revive from a long journey. Initially unsure if it was open from the outside, we soon discovered it was. Nice stop for cake, coffee and cheese rolls.
