Zio mostly serves Italian food but my highlight was the Thai mussels! We had a variety of pizza, pasta, fish specials and desserts and all were very good.Service was excellent and very friendly.Wine by the glass was good quality and reasonably priced.A good choice in Portadown.

A warm welcome. New premises, new website, new look ... Same quality & service! At the Brasserie we're justifiably proud of our local supplier's network which enables us to create innovative menus where quite simply there's something for everyone. Our all
I'm giving this eating house five stars because of a combination of things. Food, service and ambience. I've never eaten here before and was a little trepidatious because it's on the same grounds as a petrol filling station. I needn't have worried, it's bright, airy, modern, pleasant and comfortable. There was an instantaneous meet and greet and the staff we encountered (all women) were extremely pleasant and attentive. The food itself wasn't five star but it was good; tasty and wholesome and well presented. I think it was worth what we paid. There is an "Early Bird" menu which we were able to take advantage of but the a la carte was reasonable too. We paid £13.95 each for an early bird which included a starter and main course. We also had two half pints of lager for £1.85 each and two latte's at £2.40 each bringing our total up to £36.40 for a satisfying dinner.Would we go back? That's a resounding yes.

I called in for coffee and was disappointed that the only option of gluten free treats was all prepackaged bought in tray bakes which are overly sweet and unappetising. In a deli type business which bakes its own bread and in this age of growing awareness of food allergies, Iâm disappointed that they canât offer something like a gf carrot or polenta cake that everyone could enjoy. My husband did enjoy his scone so Iâve given a slightly better score to account for that.
