Tipical restaurant in the centre of Nuoro near "Delle Grazie"'s Church. We offer bar service and hot sandwiches (own production). The tables are collocated in an outside terrace, but we have also an indoor veranda.
We stopped off here briefly during a short stay in Nuoro and we were very happy with both the food and the service. I had a beef, aubergine and cheese sandwich which was delicious and a lovely mixed salad - tomato, cucumber, mozzarella, lettuce. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They have an English menu if your Italian is lacking - like mine!

This is the fourth time I've been here: amazing place, friendly staff with great cuisine, fresh seafood, good choices of wines and fair prices.

We ate here quite late but had no problem getting a table. It was recommended by our Location Manager and it was a good solid choice. The main part of the restaurant is actually inside upstairs though during our visit many people were sitting eating out of the front as it was a hot summers evening. (So this is not an issue, despite the other review) This place can get busy though, so with its various levels to sit (Two inside and outside) just make sure they're aware of you on arrival. It is possible to just come here for a cake and coffee but we came for dinner. I had pizza as I had yet to try one on the island and it was pretty good. I let the waiter decide for me as the menu was all in Italian and he picked a pretty good choice, checking the ingredients were okay with me first. My fellow travelers were all very happy with their food. Unusually the restaurant also had a shop where it sold arts and crafts by local artists but also their own plates which were an incredible design. I can certainly recommend this place as the food was great but those without a local translator or short on their Italian may struggle a little, but don't let that stop you from eating here.
