Went as a group of four. Appetizers were very good - we had a salad, escargot, and the special corn soup with salmon. We enjoyed all three. The Eisbein is darned good! The mashed potatoes not so. The Bratwurst is better than most, but not as compact as European bratwurst. The cabbage is well prepared and the sauerkraut is the way it should be: proper fermentation. The Moravian roast is very good. Overall, itâs worth a trip.
