We visited Bella Casa several times over the past few years when visiting Bad Waldsee. Previously I believe the food was better than now, although it is still better than average. I had canelloni with ricotta cheese and spinach but found the spinach had a strong taste. My husband had lemon butter sole which was prepared for him at the table, he said it was lovely.The ambience was not brilliant this time but we were early on a Monday evening.The cost was â¬53 and we shared a bruschetta starter and wine, all in all not a bad deal.

The first impressions of this restaurant gave me the idea it was a pub and we sat outside to have a Hefe Weizen, of which they had a good selection, try the 'dunkles' or dark beer.We had not decided where to have dinner but saw food being brought to other people, it looked really good so we requested a menu. For a small place, the menu was quite varied, we selected pork filet medallions, one with mushroom sauce and rice, one with sauce, spätzle with melted cheese on top. What was nice was that they served both a smaller and normal servings so we had the smaller portions, as often a normal serving is quite large. Both meals were excellent, really tasty with exceptionally friendly service. The bill for the two meals plus three large beers was around â¬30.Definitely recommended.
