Lots of food for a good value. The hostess kept telling everyone how busy they were in a way that made you want to leave and go somewhere else. Our waitress kept forgetting things and we had to ask twice for each request. Had she been a good waitress, we wouldn't have had to ask at all. However, that being said, the food was excellent. We had breakfast for lunch. Large portions, all homemade, Would go back any time.

Eating at Johnny Vâs Classic Cafe in West Alice. $14.99 for all this(see photo), the Filet Mignon includes choice of potato($1.50 extra for sweet potato fries) and choice of house desert! Drink is extra. The mushrooms where really tasty with a garlic seasoning and the steak came rare instead of medium as I requested but they took it right back and cooked it to perfection! The restaurant was very busy at about 6:30 PM Saturday which is a good sign but the food came very fast, 10 minutes tops! Johnny Vâs has a Coke decor theme throughout. Even a Coke , Toot! Toot!

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast. They had numerous breakfast specials on Monday through Friday. For $5.99 each we had a very generous, tasty breakfast. Service was very good - with numerous top-offs of our coffee. It looked like a very popular local eatery.
