For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
Itâs a typical American restaurant with burgers and club sandwiches, some salads. I found it a little too greasy and too dressed, but I know Iâm saying so because Iâm Italian thatâs the reason also for the fact I was negatively surprised by the fact that there is no bottled water or fruit or simpler veggies dishes. Good service and clean tables.

We were a fairly large group, but our server was helpful and attentive. The Menu was epic, so many options that Gordon Ramsey would have had a fit. Added to that were the specials. My special was Beef Stroganoff. Well, I was expecting Noodles covered in a creamy mushroom source with strips of beef. What I got was noodles covered in a gelatinous sort of sauce with chunks of beef, which to be fair were tender. My meal included a desert, and one choice was Bread Pudding. I specifically asked if this would be crispy on top and was told it would. When it arrived, there was no crispy, and whilst the top was semi warm under the cream, the bottom was only just above freezing.Others in our party were also unimpressed with what they received, but that will be their review.

so, here's the spiel:we're in Chicago for our grandson's NAVY boot camp graduation, which by the way was AWESOME.anyway, we are looking for a place to eat---the 4 of us (hubby, me, daughter and granddaughter) are starving. a list of places come up on their phones, and we decide on the Full Moon Restaurant. it turns out to be an EXCELLENT idea.the food is homemade---DELICIOUS soups, salads, dinners. and the owner & servers were all very friendly and welcoming. we ate the majority of our meals here, as they were all EXCELLENT.now, picture this: we sitting and going: "geez, I wonder how far away our hotel is?" so. granddaughter looks our place up on her phone and it says it is 900 feet away. we laugh as we look out the window, and there it is across the street. way too funny!!!! this is turning out to be an EXCELLENT day.so if ever in Lake Bluff, IL., I highly recommend eating at this EXCELLENT restaurant. and oh, I forgot to tell you this, grandson graduates and we receive a 10% military discount. GO NAVY!!!!
