When we arrived shortly after noon we were told that there would be a 25 minute wait to be seated. And we were seated just before the 25 minutes were up. But, when we left a bout 1:30 there were many tables available. Our advice is to arrive after 1 pm. But they do close at 3. Our party of five was very well satisfied with our selections. The breakfast items, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes were all very good. The chicken salad sandwich was also enjoyed with the hand made chips. The burger was a bit dry and the French fries were ok but nothing special. We were all too full to have desert. Overall, it was a very good classic diner....just as the name says....

I was just passing through Malvern and needed a quick bite. It is very convenient directly on Lancaster Ave. It was 1:00 PM, but I had breakfast at the counter. Service was friendly, omelet was fresh and tasty, and the food came FAST. What more does a person want. My ham omelet, home fries, and coffee came to $10.45 with tax.

Wasnât expecting more than standard fare, and received same. Wife had Greek omelet and she said it was OK. I had turkey club, and it was OK; I would have preferred real turkey instead of lunch meat, and tastier bacon would have helped. Jen, our server, wasnât too enthusiastic, but she matched the enthusiasm of the food. Seems like they could add a few more tables, and the counter area has the flatware, menu, and register there, so I couldnât imagine anyone sitting there. Remove those barstools and reconfigure the area, and you could get more tables in there to seat more guests. Itâs located at Rt 30 and Rt 401 in a tired-looking shopping center. Wouldnât go again unless there wasnât an available option.
