This small local diner is time worn and shabby on the outside, but don't let that stop you! The food is delicious. My husband and I stopped while driving up the coast.We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I had the best corned beef hash that I have ever eaten. They are homemade. There is a hint of allspice in them I think. Our over easy eggs were perfectly cooked.My husband had a special for the day-to-day Texas hash which is ahash made with sirloin tips. ThereWith my breakfast I had a grilled biscuit. Another reason to come here.The prices are moderately priced in keeping with the quality of the food.My only complaint....They need to improve their coffee. In this day and age ,there is no reason to serve mediocre coffee. It was weak and nearly flavorless.It certainly won't keep me from returning. I will order something else to drink.

We stopped into "Deb's Bristol Diner", after reading reviews of the "Bristol Diner" on TA. Seems that Deb's has bought this diner, and food is every bit as good in as Deb's other location on Rt. 1 in Waldoboro. Delicious homemade breakfast - reminded me of eating at my grandmother's home, in terms of great preparation and presentation. We noticed sign stating that Deb's biscuits were rated #6 in the country by Paula Dean. We had to try them! They came lightly grilled, and with creamed butter on side - delicious - so light and fluffy! Will definitely stop here again when we are in the area; very pleasant waitress and clean facility. Don't drive too fast through Bristol or you will miss it - on the right as you get to center of town.

If you blink, you'll miss this hidden gem in Bristol, Maine. Small, quaint diner along the roadside features a great breakfast/lunch menu and awesome specials that are constantly changing. The food is good, the service is great and the hospitality is second to none. Small places can be cliquish, but although we were just passing through they made us feel right at home. Stop in and experience Deb's Bristol Diner. You won't be disappointed!
