Subway can be typical but in this location the people are engaged and helpful and always offer options. Their bread is good and they try to accommodate your requests.
Our story began in 1972 when two Cousins, Bill Specht and Jim Sheppard, set out to bring their favorite style of sub sandwich from the East Coast to their new hometown of Milwaukee, Wis. Staying true to our foundersâ legacy of Better Bread. Better Subs.,
The kids working here are unfortunatly pretty typical for service help these days. They seem disingenuous with their greeting of "Welcome to Cousins". I don't think you really want me here. OK no more socio-economic comments. This place is average for their chain. They make the sandwiches according to their formula and pre-measured items. The process have climbed over the past 3 years (yes, I've noticed) so it's an OK spot for lunch-dinner.

It's Simple. Mark has the best subs around. There's not much to say beyond that. I always get the Chief John and it's worth the trip.Btw - I'm pretty sure he is only open for lunch - from about 11:00 to 2:00 - it can be hard to find info re: hours on the web. Also - it can be hard to tell if he is open if you drive by too fast.
