Great for lunch, some unusual choices - corned elk? The food was great, and they'll will make it your way - also have their own specials. Can be expensive for the specialty meats, but worth it, if you've never had elk.Counter service and find a table.

Perfect lunches at great prices. We were in Golden for business and tried so many places ~ Once we found this gem we went back 3 other days. The sandwiches are piled high and very fresh. Great soups. along with great cookies. This is a must try !!
A local deli featuring wonderful sandwiches along with gourmet meats and cheeses. Friday nights we feature Fondue so get a reservation in early.
After reading a few reviews, we decided to stop in for lunch on our recent trip to Golden. SO happy we did! Our son (at CSM) hadn't been yet, and now he's hooked. We loved the National Bird sandwich enough that we came back for another 2 days later. Can't wait to return on our next trip to Golden.
