A great variety of breakfast items, you have to try the bacon and cheese and also the ham and cheese kolache, they are both my favorite and very, very yummy! The other breakfast items are also great, you cannot go wrong with whatever you pick here. They also have a great lunch!

Went there for breakfast while passing through. I've always liked Kolaches (or Kolachen as the Bohemians spell it) like my mother used to make, and here I wasn't disappointed.I prefer the classic Kolache, with the fruit in the center, and Rolf's offered about 8 varieties (maybe more) of the fruit-laden pastry (we were there early before any sold out). We tried the apricot, peach, and cherry fillings, and I thought the peach filling was the best. My companion wondered if the cherry filling was really cherry pie filling, but agreed it tasted great. The pastry was nice and chewy in the European Czech style, but I missed the glaze my mother used to use on hers. All in all, a great pastry, well worth the stop.

The sweet kolaches are super consistent, as are the sausage kolaches. But the ham/cheese and bacon/cheese are anything but. Have to say that when they are filled and baked properly, they're divine and so I keep coming back. The newest location on Wellborn Rd just north of 2818 is the best at turning out the ham and cheese. The other locations should take lessons. The tropical iced tea is delicious, not sweet, just a hint of fruit, but it's not available at the newer locations. They have a wonderful loyalty program. Put $20 on your card, get $25 credit. Earn 1 point for every dollar and get $5 more when you hit 50 points. And you can pay with you phone number and never have to bring cash, except for the tip.
