Haenertsburg is a tiny town in the misty mountains of the Magoebaskloof. We recently spent a delightful couple of days there and Minki's Coffee Shop and Deli was a great find. They have a great breakfast menu and the stunning coffee is served in jug-sized mugs. We bought a packet of their ground beans to take with us on the rest of our holiday. We also bought some other bottled relishes and goodies they had on sale. We also visited in the afternoon and enjoyed their delicious carrot cake. This is definitely a place to visit if you find yourself in Haenertsburg,

Great tasting food, well presented, plentiful, and at a great price. Cannot ask for better. Loved every bite, and so did our friends.
We offer contemporary home cooked meals from simple flapjacks to sophisticated mustard sauces and everything in between. We also offer Vegetarian and Vigan options
My husband and I had the pleasure to stop at Greenwoodâs in Haenertsburg on Wednesday 20 June 2018. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and had a delightful conversation with him. The outside seating areas looked inviting but at the time of our visit it was ice cold and the inside seating area was a comfort to shelter from the cold. The menu boasts a variety of dishes that include breakfast, toasted sandwiches, sweet or savoury pancakes, Bunny chow, Soup, bun-les burger, Rump or Sirloin steak and something for the sweet tooth. The menu was very reasonably priced. We had the sugar and cinnamon pancakes which were freshly prepared to order. We thoroughly enjoyed our pancakes. We both had a Cappuccino which was excellent. Our waitress had a heart of gold and her genuine friendliness and care showed throughout our visit.Greenwoods also boasts a gift shop stocked with lovely items.
