We stayed here overnight and decided to have dinner here as well. Locared close to the lake with a nice view from the terrace, the restaurant also offers a very interesting menu. We shared several dishes and all was excellent, interesting and unexpected. Not the cheapest but worth it without any doubt.

We found this one star outside of Neuchatel, completely off the beaten path. Very elegant and simple with gracious host and chef--they shake your hand at entrance and exit. Wonderful atmosphere and just outstanding dishes. Saffron risotto with mussels and neuchatel lake fera were amazing. I might make a trip just to eat here again!

What more could you want? Really fresh food, seasonal menu including fish tartar. Very tasty, price worthy of both quality and quantity. Friendly service! Definitely worth the detour as it is not very central but plenty of room to park. Will definitely go back ! Thank you so much for your comment!
