Casual lunch on a very wintry Sunday. Place was pretty busy and a good atmosphere without being noisy. Pretty basic lunch menu (pizzas and burger with 4 specials as well) which was fine, that's all we were after. Burger and chips was pretty good with a nice piece of steak in the middle, the 4 cheese pizza was disappointing. Service was a bit like the food, efficient without being particularly great. The waitress who served and cleared our table was the exception. The woman behind the bar could take a few tips and crack a smile.Thanks for your feedback, it's appreciated and we take it very seriously - the good and the bad : ) Your feedback has been passed onto both the culinary team (as well as the floor and bar staff you mentioned). We were a singular couple dining amongst a happy band of large family gatherings: birthdays, religious festivals and reunions. The acoustic design and excellent sound-proofing meant that we were not impacted at all - while we had plenty of peace and space to overlook the fields outside. Two things stood out at Flying Brick - the can-do excellent service culture and the superb food (great value for money). Our shared vegetarian platter and shared lamb shoulder were delicious and very well-sized and priced. Well done Flying Brick - a brilliant addition to the local dining options.Thank you for the wonderful review - so glad you enjpoyed your visit! The shared platters are a great way to enjoy our menu! Flying Brick can cater for all groups large and small and you can also realx after your meal on the outdoor grass area. See you next time!
