We hadn't been in Seaton for a while but found The Terrace Arts Cafe as reliable as ever. My only complaint was that my meal was absolutely enormous! Beautiful chips, lovely salad and dressing. I bet loads of people don't realise it is veggie/vegan either!

Award winning boutique Restaurant with Rooms just outside Sidmouth in East Devon. 7 Ensuite Bedrooms, Spa, fitness room, Private Car park & award winning gardens. Restaurant with an A la Carte Menu made from a strong ethos to local produce.
We arrived during a power cut early in the day. The hostess couldnât have been more accommodating explaining what was available ( most of the menu) . Such delicious food and a rare find that is fine dining that will accept canine companions. Highly recommended, loved it !We are delighted that you enjoyed your somewhat disrupted service with the power cut, we can still manage to cook a meal the old fashioned way!! Doggies are very welcome in one of our two dining areas and to be honest to date we have never had a bad dog visit, well-behaved owners are most welcome too!!!

A lovely gem of a restaurant with a quirky, bohemian feel serving interesting food and great drinks. All of the meats are locally sourced, fish is from the south coast and the majority of the vegetables are picked on the day. Most of the wines are organic
This is a truly unique experience. We arrived shortly before 7pm as a foursome. At this point we had no idea what we would be eating other than that it would be 6 courses. We were given a menu that gave a clue as to what the food would be. Told to have an open mind as the food we would be served even if we had historically liked it would be expertly prepared and exquisitely served. It was!We were there for 3 hrs total. Service was attentive and not rushed. The restaurant is small, with limited couverts so it can be a relaxed environment. Conceptually this restaurant works really well.
