King Buffet

The Sushi was good. The place is kind of small for a buffet maybe that’s why it was not a huge selection for the food. The employees were very friendly but I after the notice that we got the dessert they brought me the bill and told me THANK YOU FOR COMING!!What about If I wanted to try something else?

The atmosphere is a cut above for the neighborhood; a place you might actually sit at the bar and have a cocktail. Big saltwater fish tank and expansive interior. The sushi is fresh, tasty and in tastefully polite portions. It takes a long time to get to the table; sip your miso. Chinese dishes come out with a fillip of decoration, in a pineapple shell or nicely garnished. The hostess is friendly.

This restaurant recently came under new management, and we thought we'd give it a try. Much to our delight was fresh, tasty, and unique. Charmingly misnamed Fried Cracker Chicken was savoury and delicious. The coconut-infused malaysian curry was wonderfully tasty with delicious vegetables. Didn't try the sushi. We hope they stick around for a long time, as we need a local "go-to" place for takeout or a "too tired to cook" night out.
