Initially stopped into to get something small and light to tide us over until dinner. Booths were a little weather-worn and the J & C menu mix concerned me. Young servers were attentive, but expressionless, almost bored! Seemed to only communicate with each other. I ordered some very simple sushi and wife went with noodles. Food was flavorful, sushi contents were fresh, ample servings, and service was attentive, but detached. As we sat there finishing our tea, we overheard they are moving to a better site in the mall soon, so that may explain why there are some wear and tear issues being put off. Overall, I would stop here again, especially if I could avoid the mall, but thatâs life!

We ordered 2 entrees and shrimp egg rolls. The garlic shrimp was swimming in a terrible tasting broth. The shrimp in lobster sauce tasted like glue and we were delivered the wrong kind of egg rolls. I love Chinese food but NEVER AGAIN at Lee's.

I finally decided to try one of the Chinese restaurants in Lincoln City. First the good: The service was OK, not good but ok. The menu is standard Chinese Restaurant menu I see almost everywhere so, while nothing stands out, they do offer all of the normal things you could want. The prices were very reasonable so you don't have to spend a lot of money to get fed. The portions were big enough that the to go order I took back to the motel fed me and my wife. Now the bad - Ordered fried rice, pork chow mein and egg fu yung. The food was hot and the portions were big, but the taste and quality were average at best. The fried rice was bland with very little taste. The egg fu yung was tough and it and the brown gravy were bland. The chow mein was the best part of the meal and I felt it was slightly overcooked and mushy. They offer a lot of other things so maybe I just ordered the wrong items. I was served nothing that would want to make me go back again another time. The food was not bad and it filled me up. It just was so bland I still craved good Chinese food after I finished the meal. Next time I am in town I will try the other Chinese place to see if they are any better. Otherwise I will wait and get my Chinese food fix when I get back home.
