Lexington is located in southern Nebraska, on the Platte River, southeast of North Platte. It sits along the route of U.S. Route 30 and the Union Pacific Railroad. In the 1860s it was the location of a stop along the Pony Express.

We eat here almost every time we pass through Lexington in spring and fall. The food is always good, they are fast, and the price is right, especially considering the large portion sizes. Great Combination platters with entre, rangoon, egg roll, and soup. Very pleasant owner and staff. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I have never actually been inside this restaurant, but the night staff at Lexington hospital order out from Dragon Garden at least once every 2 weeks and I love it. The food is fresh and tasty, the portions are large and the price.. very reasonable, average seven bucks for a meal. I recommend the Szechuan beef.

I am not crazy about Chinese buffets as I like my food really hot and spicy and have never found anything even remotely hot on a buffet. We went to Hong Kong buffet because we had our two 10-yr-old grandkids with us and figured everyone would find something to eat.The buffet had a really good selection of dishes . . . mostly chicken but several of beef, pork, and fish. It also had a good salad bar and dessert offerings. They had the best hot and sour soup I've ever had . . . and the kids loved the won ton soup.The food all looked and tasted fresh and the trays were refilled often. We were really surprised with the variety and quality of their food. No alcohol is served but teas and soft drinks are available.We were happy to find this place and felt that we all had a good and healthy meal.Sandy (in Denton)
