Buffet was very fresh when opened, as expected. I just wished that everything here would be fresh. When I grabbed the soy sauce container on the table it was sticky and gross. Clean restaurant gets a 5 when all else is great. Cleanliness always in my eyes gets at least 1 star off.

For a great small town Chinese restaurant, Jin's Buffet will do very well. Fresh dishes ordered from hibachi grill are included, while there is also a nice variety of sushi. I have found the food to be always fresh and the service very friendly. Next to the great diversity of Chinese dishes, comes a nice choice of salads and dessert, including unlimited ice cream bars.
