We've been ordering Chinese take out from China Moon for over two years now since we moved to the Valley. The kitchen appears clean; always dependable -- preparation, flavors, and timing has been consistent. If they tell you 15-20 minutes, estimate time is accurate. Favorites and always fresh: spring rolls, steamed or fried dumplings, fried chicken wings, boneless spareribs, broccoli with chicken or beef

Ordered because they deliver and the competition doesnt,,,my stupid mistake,,this place sucks. Actually made the same mistake twice, ordered a few nights again and everything was ok i thought,not great but ok, but i agree with other reviewer that it had a bad aftertaste and then I got a headache after,prob from msg,,,,got the munchies and noone else delivers so i ordered again and the food came cold, some burnt,and was so bad it ended up in the trash. this splace has been in business a long time, i am amazed.

It is located on 3rd Street in Bethlehem, near to the Lehigh University campus and within about a mile of the Sands Casino.If you are not sure of any of the food choices, ask. It is what we did, and were rewarded with an excellent choice of meal.We enjoyed chicken dumpling soup as well as a dry pot with beef and shrimp. This was more than enough for two people. It was also outstanding.They also offer various cold and hot specialty teas. My wife enjoyed a cold chrysanthimum tea and I had a green honey tea.Because it is on 3rd Street, parking may be somewhat challenging. There is metered parking on the street. There are pay parking lots within a fairly resonable distance.
