Big menu has something for everyone. Portions were big, prices ok. We had a wrap, which was good. Nice French fries. Spicy chicken was good, fried rice just mediocre. Plenty of both. Service was good. Certainly, nothing special. They have a stir fry buffet for the hungry eaters.

I went there because my kids were craving PF Changs. We usually like to eat a local restaurants when traveling or trying new chain restaurants we don’t have back home. PF Changs is a family favorite. I’ve been eating at the chain for over 20 years. There are several off menu items that are customer favorites. When I went to this location, I was very disappointed. We ordered take-out but would have been better suited to dining in. We may have gotten our food sooner. I called in my order and they said 25-30 minutes. It was over an hour. Not to get dinner in the restaurant, but to get carry out. When I got to the hotel, the Mongolian beef was dry and over cooked. Usually it is very delicious, tender, and juicy. This was tough, overlooked and almost burned. They forgot the white rice all together and I ordered our favorite dish, the Dan Dan Noodles. Now it is an off menu item but I’ve never had trouble getting it before this vacation. Instead of Dan Dan Noodles, I got some other noodle dish that I didn’t order or like. It tasted completely different. I wasn’t warned about it. It was a surprise when we got to the hotel room. Now since we didn’t like it, we were short 1 dinner and 2 sides of white rice, so I had to leave the hotel to pick up some food somewhere closer. It was too far to go back and ask for our white rice or another dish. Disappointed in the wait, the preparation of the food, the substitution without informing me, and forgetting the white rice. I’ll go to PF Changs again, but never to this location.

First time trying the take out. Food was quickly delivered but when we got home, it was totally mediocre. Worst fried rice I've ever had. Spring rolls were thin and tasteless. The only decent dish was the Singapore noodles. Won't be going back there ever!
